■銀行振込の際には [入力の際に記入した依頼主名＋注文番号下3ケタ]を入力してください。

振込み時の手数料はお客様でのご負担になります。

■予約成立後、必ず期限内にお振込み、クレジット決済を完了してください。期限内にお支払いいただけない場合、キャンセル扱いとなります。 

■同じ注文番号のイベントが複数ある場合、その中のひとつをキャンセルしてしまうとすべてがキャンセルになってしますのでご注意ください。

■完売となり次第、受付終了とさせて頂きますので、お早めにお手続きの完了(ご入金)をお願い致します。

■ご入金後、クレジット決済完了後の変更やキャンセルや変更は一切できません。十分にご確認の上でご利用ください。

■お客様都合の返金対応一切は行っておりません。※必ずマイページで公演日お振込金額をご確認下さい。

■「チケット受付終了」のお知らせがない限り、お申し込み可能です。

■受付終了後のお申し込みは受付いたしません。予めご了承ください。

■イベント内容及びスケジュールは、主催者・出演者の事情によって変更される場合もございますのでご了承ください。

■台風、天災地変などの不可抗力及び公演主催側や出演者事情等により、イベントの中止･日程変更が発生する場合があります。

■イベントが中止・延期になった場合、返金は、ご購入ご本人に対してのみに行い、原則としてチケット券面額のみとし、それ以外の費用（発送手数料・お支払い手数料・各種サービス手数料等・交通費・宿泊費・通信費等）は、返金の適用外とします。なお返金が発生した場合は返金等に関するお知らせを別途行い、返金までには1ヶ月以上、お時間をいただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

■Please note that the contents and schedule of the event may change depending on the circumstances of the organizers and performers.

■Due to force majeure such as typhoon, natural disaster, etc., and performance organizers and performers, the event may be canceled or changed.

■ If the event is canceled or postponed, the refund will be made only to the person who purchased it. In principle, the refund will not apply to other expenses (shipping fee, payment fee, various service fee, transportation fee, accommodation fee, communication fee, etc.).If a refund occurs, we will notify you about the refund separately, 

and it may take more than a month for the refund.Please understand in advance.

■ 예약 성립 후, 반드시 기한 내에 입금하여 신용 결제를 완료해 주십시오.기한 내에 지불하실 수 없는 경우 취소 처리됩니다. 

■ 같은 주문번호의 이벤트가 여러 개 있는 경우, 그 중 하나를 취소해 버리면 모든 것이 취소되므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.

■ 완판되는 대로, 접수 종료하오니, 빠른 시일 내에 수속의 완료(입금)를 부탁드립니다.

■ 입금 후, 신용결제 완료 후의 변경이나 취소나 변경은 일절 할 수 없습니다.충분히 확인하신 후 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

■고객 사정으로 인한 환불 대응 일체는 하고 있지 않습니다.※ 반드시 마이페이지에서 공연일 입금금액을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

■ '티켓 접수 종료' 공지가 없는 한 신청 가능합니다.

■ 접수 종료 후 신청은 접수하지 않습니다.미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

■ 행사 내용 및 일정은 주최자·출연자의 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있는 점 양해 바랍니다.

■ 태풍, 천재지변 등 불가항력 및 공연 주최 측이나 출연자 사정 등에 의해 행사 취소 및 일정 변경이 발생할 수 있습니다.

■ 이벤트가 중지·연기 된 경우, 환불은, 구입 본인에 대해서만 실시하고, 원칙적으로 티켓 권면액만으로 하고, 그 이외의 비용(발송 수수료·지불 수수료·각종 서비스 수수료 등·교통비·숙박비·통신비 등)은, 환불의 적용 외로 합니다.덧붙여 환불이 발생한 경우는 환불등에 관한 공지를 별도로 실시하고, 환불까지는 1개월 이상, 시간이 걸리는 경우가 있습니다.미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
